SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, customers will be notified within one business day.
All orders ship via UPS. Therefore, we cannot ship to a PO Box. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any postal holidays.
Customers are responsible for any cost related to exceptions made by UPS for incorrect or unavailable shipping addresses.
International shipping is not currently offered. For international inquiries, contact orders@andreavalentini.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
We accept all major credit cards. Credit cards will be charged upon shipment of purchased item(s). We do not accept PayPal or personal checks. Payments may be made through www.andreavalentini.com or by calling 401-467-7104.
Andrea Valentini does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use andreavalentini.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. ABV Design reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
RETURN POLICY
ABV Design offers store credit for all lifestyle bags within 30 days of purchase. Credit can be used in store or at www.andreavalentini.com. Defective items may be returned. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item or an item of equal or lesser value.
Jewelry is non-returnable unless the item is defective upon receipt.
All sales are final 30 days after purchase.
REPAIRS
We offer a [90 day] guarantee on all lifestyle handbags and jewelry. Damaged or defective items may be repaired or exchanged for the same items at no charge within [90 days] of purchase.
After the 90 days have passed, we still offer repairs on all lifestyle bags and jewelry. We will assess and communicate a service fee before performing any repairs.
PRODUCT CARE
Andrea Valentini lifestyle bags may be spot cleaned with mild soap and water on the surface of their fabrics. Do not expose any leather straps or embellishments to water. You may use leather cleaner to remove any dirt or stains that may accumulate.
Never clean Andrea Valentini jewelry with jewelry cleaner. This will strip the finish. If a piece needs cleaning, simply buff it with a clean, soft cloth until it regains its shine.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All gift certificates purchased at www.andreavalentini.com may be used online or in our Providence store. Gift certificates expire after one year from the date of purchase.
